Leadership Training for Female Multipliers in the Circular Economy

A huge shout out to PREVENT Waste Alliance and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH for offering this life-changing Leadership Program for female leaders in Circular Economy. I enjoyed spending time (in person in Europe) with other women from 3rd world countries to learn about their leadership challenges and experiences in implementing Circular Economy initiatives.

During our 1 week stay in Bonn, we used our time after class to document best practice recycling and upcycling examples in Germany that are linked to the EU Green Deal that shows potential to be implemented in our own countries. I loved the enthusiasm and hunger to learn and grow not only in ourselves but also in our local communities! Looking forward to a fellow country study tour to Columbia, Georgia, Albanie, Kosovo, and South Africa. #circulareconomy #circularity #FFBS #futurefemales #femaleleadership
